科研简介:

   现任职于bet356体育亚洲官网入口,福州大学食品科学与工程专业硕士生导师。主要研究方向涉及多尺度结构化食品胶体的设计及其对肠道稳态的调节作用、天然高分子基食品包装材料、天然高分子基胶体递送系统等方面。目前已参与发表学术论文30余篇,其中以第一(通讯)作者在ACS Nano,Trends in Food Science & Technology等期刊发表SCI论文14篇,影响因子大于10分的论文4篇,论文总被引近800次,h因子15。参与国家发明专利申请10余项,已获授权4项。多次在国内外会议上进行学术报告。

社会兼职:

担任Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Chemistry, Materials Science & Engineering C, International Journal of Biological Macromolecules, Food Science and Human Wellness等10余本SCI期刊的同行评审。
